We do not clad over existing materials, we remove all existing timber, fascias, soffits, cladding, and gutters, and replace from our extensive range of high-density cellular foam P.V.C.u products. Many contractors do clad over existing installations and therefore may offer a lower price. However, Fiberkote can ensure you this is a false economy, because it is not always possible to guarantee that any old timber has not already started rot. Several coats of paint, applied over many years, and access problems make this an almost impossible task, therefore complete replacement is the only logical solution. If you clad over decaying timber the rot will continue to spread undeterred and inevitably will eventually cause additional damage to your home.
Fiberkote supplies and installs P.V.C.u. products in various colours including white, cream, brown, black, rosewood, and light oak with special colours available on request. We only use Stainless Steel screws and nails with plastic caps.
